The north of Batumi is built up differently from the resort south. Along Tamar Mepe Avenue Soviet blocks, private houses with yards, warehouses and new complexes stand side by side, and nearby are Batumi-Central station and the road to Makhinjauri and Kobuleti. Fifteen floors is a lot for such a quarter and average for Batumi, and this gives different conditions from 40–50-floor towers: fewer apartments per lift and less wind on the upper floors, but not every floor has a sea view.

The complex description lists a pool, a spa, a gym, a playground, a restaurant, parking, a reception and CCTV. What will work by the time the keys are handed over and what will open later we check by the contract and on site. The Tamar Mepe area lives all year, and apartments here are more often bought for living and long lets than for daily letting. Renovation in this complex

Apartments are handed over without finishing, and renovation starts after the building is completed and the apartment accepted by a certificate. Before that a design can be prepared: layout, wiring, lighting, kitchen, and then work starts as soon as the keys are received.

By the sea in the north of the city humidity is high and the air salty, so for windows, balconies and outdoor air conditioning units we use fittings and fixings that do not rust.
