How to get an estimate quickly

To get a preliminary estimate that is close to the final figure, send these straight away:

• Photos of every room, the bathroom and the balcony in daylight, plus close-ups of anything that worries you
• A plan of the apartment or house with dimensions, if you have one
• The address: the name of the residential complex or the street, and for a plot the district and cadastral code
• What you want: a renovation for yourself or for renting out, the style, and what you would like to keep from what is already there
• Timing: when work can start and the date it needs to be finished by

We send a preliminary estimate from photos and a floor plan within 24 hours on business days. We work out the detailed estimate after the site measurement: the foreman visits the property, checks the walls, floor and services and takes all the dimensions.

A meeting at the office or a video call

The SRM office is in central Batumi. Meetings are by appointment, so that the manager handling your project is there and the material samples and the draft contract are ready on the table.
