How to use the filters

Start with the deal: buy, long-term rent or daily rent. Then narrow the choice by property type, district, complex, number of rooms, condition, view and distance to the sea. You can set a minimum and maximum price and sort the results by price, area or date, so that the newest properties come first.

Rooms in the filter are counted as bedrooms: a 1+1 apartment has one bedroom and a living room with a kitchen, and a studio is a separate option. Condition has five options: black, white and green frame, turnkey and furnished. The distance to the sea on the card is approximate, and it is worth checking on the map or on site.

You can view properties as a list or on a map. The map shows at once what stands by the sea, what is in residential neighbourhoods and what is outside the city. The page address changes with the filters, so a selection is easy to save or send to relatives.

What to check before the deposit

A card shows what the seller offers, but it does not replace a document check. Before the deposit we look at the Public Registry extract: who the owner is and whether there is a mortgage, a seizure or a ban on the sale. Photos do not show the condition of an apartment either. In a resale home it is worth checking damp, wiring, pipes and windows before buying.
