Calligraphy Towers in Batumi

Calligraphy Towers is a complex under construction by the developer Grand Maison on the Alley of Heroes, opposite the stadium, in the business part of Batumi. According to sellers' descriptions, it consists of three towers on a shared three-storey podium. Tower A has 35 floors: a hotel and a casino below, up to the twentieth floor, and apartments above. Tower B, with 45 floors, is entirely residential. Tower C, with 40 floors, is for offices and leisure, with a viewing area planned on the top floor.

The complex is designed as a town within a town. The descriptions list outdoor and indoor pools, a spa, a gym, a cinema, a co-working space, restaurants, a children's centre, a tennis court and a mini football pitch, a round-the-clock reception, and a smart home system in the apartments. Parking is stated at 133 spaces. The sea is 450 to 800 metres away according to different sources. The list is long, but in large projects shared areas often open later than the keys are handed over, so we check them in reality.

Nearby, on the same street, stands Black Sea Towers, and hotels of international chains are going up along the Alley of Heroes. The city is developing the quarter by the stadium as a leisure district, and in a few years it will look different from today.

Construction stage and deadlines

Completion dates are not given in open sources, and data on the stage differ: some catalogues mark the project as an excavation pit, others as construction under way. For a buyer this is the main question: it decides when they get the keys and can start renovation.
