Working with SRM

We handle renovation, construction, design, property management and property deals in Batumi and Adjara. Many of our projects start with partners: an estate agent who sold an apartment, a designer who needs a contractor, a developer whose buyers need renovation. Below is who we work with and how. We discuss the terms of cooperation with each partner separately and write them into a contract.

Estate agents and agencies

Your client has bought an apartment and now needs acceptance, renovation, furniture and letting. We take on that part, and the client stays yours: if they want to sell the apartment or buy another, they will come back to you. We work by estimate and contract, and the reports go to the owner and, if they agree, to you as well. How our projects are organised is described on the page “How we work”.

Designers and architects

We build your design from working drawings and the materials schedule. We do not change decisions without the author's agreement, send photos and videos by stage and invite you to key acceptances. If something in the design cannot be done on site, for example a column or riser is in the way, we report it before work starts and propose options.

Developers and management companies

Buyers of apartments in your buildings need acceptance, renovation from the shell and management. We work under the building rules: noisy work hours, the service lift, waste removal, requirements for the facade and air conditioners. We can offer your buyers clear renovation and letting packages. Suppliers of materials, furniture and appliances

We buy materials and furniture for specific projects. What matters to us is stock in Georgia or clear delivery times, warranty documents, certificates and replacement of defective goods without long disputes. If you are ready to work on these terms, send your catalogue and terms for contractors.
