Working at SRM

We handle renovation, construction, design and property management in Batumi and Adjara, and we need people who do their work carefully and take responsibility for the result. Openings appear with projects and the season, so we consider applications even when there is no specific vacancy right now.

Careers: the areas in which we consider applications

Construction and renovation: site managers, finishing tradespeople, electricians, plumbers, window and air conditioner installers, furniture fitters. Rental management: guest managers, cleaning, on-call tradespeople. Office: project managers, estimators, designers.

If you are interested in seasonal work in rental management, write early, in spring: most check-ins, cleaning and tradesperson call-outs happen in summer, and the team must be in place by June. For work on sites in mountain Adjara and on the coast outside the city, say whether you are ready to travel and whether you have a car.

How we work with tradespeople and crews

The scope of work is set by the estimate and the deadlines by the stage schedule, and both are known before work starts. Each stage is accepted by certificate, and payment follows acceptance. Hidden work is photographed before it is closed up, because we give the client a 5-year warranty on wiring and pipes and 2 years on other work. What matters to us

Care and cleanliness on site, especially in residential buildings where neighbours live behind the wall. Following the building rules: noisy work hours, the service lift, waste removal. Answering a manager's question the same day. Honesty when something goes wrong: a mistake is cheaper to fix at once than after finishing.
